Catering at Messe Zürich
Four restaurants and three snack bars are available at Messe Zürich. The “Verde” self-service restaurant offers a wide range of buffets, while you can enjoy fresh delicacies à la carte in the “Azzurro”, “Yellow” and “Amarillo” restaurants and meet up for a coffee or snack in the “Hola” cafeteria.
Our restaurants are run by our hospitality partner Wassermann & Company. This high-quality, local company will also deliver drinks, food and the requisite crockery directly to your stand, if required. Wassermann & Company’s experienced team makes every event into a culinary experience – with specialities such as delicious aperitifs and banquets for congresses, press conferences and annual general meetings. Wassermann & Company places great importance on sustainability. The ingredients are as authentic and regional as possible, peppered with a good pinch of innovation and an international flair. The close proximity of the production kitchen to Messe Zürich makes for short transport routes, less packaging material and hence minimised CO2 consumption. And, in addition, a network of reliable producers, manufacturers and suppliers also ensures quality products with a guarantee of origin, freshness and maximum enjoyment.
